We’re a husband-and-wife team, born and raised right here, with a deep love for our community and a vision to introduce something fresh and exciting to the local food scene. At the heart of our menu is our signature hand-ground brisket and bacon blend, featuring brisket sourced from a royal family farm in the Lower Valley. Every bite is crafted with care, from our homemade secret sauce to the quality ingredients we personally select.

Operating as a mobile kitchen, food pop-up, and catering service, we take pride in collaborating with local businesses—especially the incredible breweries and wineries that have welcomed us. We’re incredibly grateful for the support of places like Cowiche Creek Brewing, which has generously allowed us to prep in their kitchen.

Our dedicated team—RJ (Owner/Head Chef), Mary Clara (Owner/Communications), along with Kenia, Sian, and Chesea—puts thought and effort into every item we serve, ensuring top quality and unforgettable flavors.

The name of our business is a nod to our last name, inspired by our original brainstorming sessions and our vision for the future: expanding our offerings to include bread, BBQ, and beyond. With over 7,000 patties smashed in our first year, we’re just getting started—and one day, we hope to grow into a brick-and-mortar location.
